Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate items with hygiene seals removed are not eligible for return
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions

- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
