How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Bag.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed through Stripe with SSL encryption.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50:

Standard Shipping: $5.99 (5-7 business days)
Express Shipping: $9.99 (2-3 business days)
Overnight Shipping: $19.99 (1 business day)

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow additional shipping time.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
